These terms describe how CertSimple should be used while it is an early COI tracking product.
CertSimple is not legal advice, insurance advice, a broker, a carrier, or a guarantee of coverage. Your team remains responsible for final insurance, legal, vendor, and contract decisions.
Service
CertSimple helps users upload ACORD 25 certificate PDFs, extract relevant fields, track expiration dates, compare limits against configured requirements, and flag records for follow-up.
Informational status only
PASS, FAIL, expired, expiring, and missing statuses are informational workflow labels. They do not verify policy validity, carrier approval, claim acceptance, endorsement language, contract compliance, or real-world coverage.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for uploading documents you are allowed to process, reviewing extracted fields, setting appropriate requirements, making final vendor decisions, and confirming coverage with licensed professionals when needed.
Billing
CertSimple Plus is $29 per month unless otherwise shown in Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects payment details and sends receipts. If pricing on the site and Stripe ever disagree, email support@mnac.io before paying so we can correct it.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attack the service, attempt to access another workspace, resell extracted data, or use CertSimple for regulated decisions without your own review and professional oversight.
Availability
CertSimple is an early product. We aim to keep it available and useful, but we may change features, limits, pricing, or access while improving the service.

Use the account screen to cancel a subscription. Email support@mnac.io for access, billing, refund, product issues, or cancellation fallback.
